I have served as a professional Social Worker for more than 20 years and I leverage the six core Social Work values of service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity, and competence to operate at The Crest of My Wave. I am excited to share my journey with you and to help you to do the same.

My Social Work roles are diverse and rich; spanning from direct practice as an investigator with the Department of Child Services to Director of Student Success in higher education to Chief Clinical Administrator in the private sector. I have served as a business development and human resources consultant to organizations that range in size from 1 employee to those with more than 100 professional staff with matching diversity in budgets.
