I am Dr. Jennifer McChristian, LCSW affectionately known as Dr. J Mac.  I have a passion for empowering others to operate at the “Crest of their Wave”.  I believe in helping others to identify their passion and purpose and providing them with the tools to be successful.

Career Coaching, Counseling, and building your business requires commitment, drive, and motivation to endure the process, but most importantly you will need the tools to navigate in uncharted territory.  I can ease of this journey by being your personal partner, regardless of where you are along the path.

I have served as an innovative strategist in both direct practice and executive administration for more than 18 years.  I am known as a creative inspirational leader who mobilizes individuals towards a shared vision that enhances both their personal and organization’s missions. I utilize a collaborative strengths based strategic approach where I leverage clinical principles of social work, active listening, and iterative project management to help you reach your goals. My combined experience and education prepares me to take you and your business to your next level.
