I help individuals increase self-awareness and decrease symptomology by bringing unconscious material into conscious awareness, and enjoy providing a safe space that encourages individuals to be themselves while navigating life’s challenges. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is based entirely upon the connection shared and the individual need of my clients. I utilize interventions from several evidenced based practices including: Strength Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
